Girişte numaratorun önü kapatılmış, kimse numara almasın diye; dedim ki onlar çağıracaklar herhalde, ama kimsanin ne gelen ile ne de müşteri ile ilgisi yok. Herhalde insanlar ile ilişkiyi kesmişler diye düşündüm... ama şu bir kesin ki, şubede insanları istemiyor ve ilgilenmiyorlar. Bilgisayar ekranına bakıp, göz göze gelmekten kaçınmak çok garip. Herhalde öyle olması gerekiyormus, ben de öğreniyorum...yeni bir iş bankası modeli herhalde... As it happened, I went to the Isbank in Maidan. Benden sonra zengin görünümlü tanıdıkları bir bayan geldi. Sıradakilerin niye beklediğini sorup kendilerince önem sırası yaptılar. Beni ve benim gibi bekleyen başka birini sıradan almadılar ve yerime o bayanı aldılar. Bu davranış kim olursa olsun insana yapılan saygısızlıktır. Unfortunately I was there today. They asked why the next ones were waiting and ranked them in order of importance. They did not take me and someone else waiting like me from the queue and took that lady instead. This behavior is disrespectful to anyone.
