★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В первые вижу такое учреждение. Персонал одет не опрятно. Одежда домашняя обувь грязная. Из всего отдела работает два персонала один внизу один сверху.
После получения номера прождала 1 час 16 минут это ужас какой то .
Люди все ждут под жарой на улице . Ни какого обслуживания хорошего.
Могли бы повысить уровень обслуживания.
Персонал постоянно говорит по телефону по своим личным вопросам. А граждане все ожидают .
This is the first time I see such an institution. The staff is not neatly dressed. Household shoes are dirty. There are two personnel from the entire department, one at the bottom and one at the top.
After receiving the number, I waited 1 hour 16 minutes, it's some kind of horror.
People are all waiting in the heat outside. Not any good service.
Could improve service level.
The staff constantly speaks on the phone about their personal questions. And the citizens expect everything.
