★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenlik görevlisi gayet kibar bir şekilde HES kodu konusunda yardımcı oldu konuya yabancı olduğum halde. İçeride fazla beklemedim. Fazla sıra beklemedim ancak yönlendirme biraz daha belirginleştirilebilir. Etrafa bakıp herkes nasıl yapıyorsa öyle davranmak durumunda kaldım temsilciyi beklerken. Diğer bankalarla karşılaştırırsam müşteri temsilcisi arkadaşça yardımcı oldu.
The security guard kindly helped with the HES code, although I am unfamiliar with the subject. I didn't wait too long inside. I did not wait long queues, but the orientation can be made a little more specific. While waiting for the representative, I had to look around and behave as everyone else does. If I compare with other banks, the customer representative was friendly.

Terrible branch, terrible service. We wait in line. It's full of liquids in between. There are those who wear masks, and those who do not, there is no security anyway. Such a thing cannot happen.. I had to come to the branch. I will close all my accounts while I am here...
