★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç açılmayan telefonları var. Maaş hesabım bu şubede olmasına rağmen her işleme masraf ödüyorum. İşletmeleri şubeden yapmam gerekirse verilen sıra numarası üzerine, benden sonra gelenler önüme geçebiliyor. Bana özel bir durum mu bilmiyorum. Hizmet alamıyorum.
They have phones that never turn on. Although my salary account is in this branch, I pay expenses for every transaction. If I have to do business from the branch, those who come after me can get ahead of me, upon the queue number given. I don't know if it's special to me. I can't get service.

They directed the work that I had to do individually to the cashier first, and then the person at the cashier could not come from cigarettes because he was next to the manager. I did the same transaction in Vakıfbank in 5 minutes.
