Şubeye telefon edip düzeltmek istediğimde telefonda sayısız tuşa bastırdıktan sonra bana, "yanlış tuşa bastınız lütfen yeniden deneyin" diyen teknolojiyi kınıyorum. Telefonu açar açmaz bir operatörün bu işi halletmesi çok mu zor? Tüm bankalar aynı ama ben İş bankası ile çalışıyorum diye buraya yazdım.
My credit card limit was increased without asking me. When I call the branch and correct the number of keys on the phone when I want to fix it, I condemn the technology that says, "You pressed the wrong key, please try again." Is it too difficult for an operator to do this as soon as I pick up the phone? All the banks are the same, but I wrote here because I work with Isbank.

They put two customer service counters in such a busy bank. We wait 1 hour even for a small transaction. Disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bank in Ankara. Best isbank branch in Ankara. The bank is large and comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly. You never wait too long. It is never too crowded. Normally i hate to go to a bank but not to this one.
