Kuşadası da ki evimi sattım birbuçuk ay gibi bir zaman oldu, şubenizde eşimimin hesabı var daha önce konut sigortası ve dask poliçeleri şubenizde yapılmıştı, evi sattıktan sonra talimatları iptal ettik. Ankaraya taşındık aradan geçen zamanda eşim Fevziye Yurt adına DASK yapılmış bedellide benim kredi kartından 3 ay taksitlendirilmiş. Bana sorulmadan nasıl böyle bir şey olabilir. Ben evi şatmışım e devletten veya yeni tapuya hiçmi bakmadınız. Bu yanlışlığı düzeltmeniz dileğiyle, aksi takdirde genel müdürlüğe şikayetim bildireceğim.

I sold my house in Kuşadası, it has been like a month and a half, my wife has an account in your branch, housing insurance and dask policies were made in your branch before, we canceled the instructions after we sold the house. In the meantime, we moved to Ankara and my wife, Fevziye Yurt, was paid in 3-month installments on my credit card. How can such a thing happen without asking me. I destroyed the house and you never looked at the state or the new title deed. I hope you correct this mistake, otherwise I will report my complaint to the general management.
