Husky and uninformed employees. Employees who answer "because it is" to every question you ask. They are incapable of providing information. They also hung pictures of people laughing on the walls. I think it looks so ironic with sullen employees in front of them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanları yanlış yönlendirme yapıyor, 2 aydır bir türlü teslim alamadığımız kredi kartının kuryede olduğunu, takip numarası diye birşey olmadığını, kartın bir gün gelmesini bekleyeceğimizi söylüyorlar. İşlerini düzgün yapmaktan acizler. Veritabanlarında cep numaramızın kayıtlı olduğunu sanıyorduk fakat değilmiş ve bu nedenle işcepten hiçbir işlem yapamıyoruz, şubede ekletmemiz lazımmış. şubeye gittiğimizde tenezzül edip bu durumu söylememişlerdi, hem ilçede olduğumuzdan hem de covidden dolayı 40 km uzaklıktaki şubeye de her istediğimizde tekrar tekrar atlayıp gidemiyoruz haliyle. Birkaç ay daha kartı beklememiz lazım sanırım, leyla ile mecnun dizisindeki hiç gelmeyen gemi gibi belki bir gün gelir.
