They take the customer one by one using the pandemic as an excuse. Only one officer works. For some reason, the inside does not come out. We waited two hours. Then we gave up. We couldn't get our money.

It is very logical and nice service for customers to open 2nd branches of busy banks such as İşbank. The bank is not calm and too busy, but it will be your profit to come to Altinkum branch when you spend hours in the central bank.
