Ben engelli bir Personelinizim . 24 yıllık uyenizim.
Bunca yıldır yapmış olduğunuz TİS Sözleşmelerinde Engelli Hakları ile ilgili Engellinin E Harfi bile yok. Kurum engellilere sıradan insan muamalesi yapıyor. Eşitlik ilkesine aykırı hareket ediyor. Engelli Kendi isteği dışında başka bir yere görevlendirme ve nakil yapamaz. Bunu TİS e Koymak ve imza altına almak engelliler için yapacağınız ilk icraat olabilir.

I am a disabled Personnel. I am a 24-year citizen.
In the TİS Contracts you have made for so many years, there is not even the letter E of the Disabled regarding the Rights of the Disabled. The institution treats disabled people as ordinary people. It is acting against the principle of equality. The handicapped cannot assign or transfer to another place against his / her own will. Putting this on the TİS and signing it may be the first action you will do for the disabled.
