★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعاني هذا البنك من مشكلة البيروقراطية المفرطة، ولا يتمكن مدراء الفروع من العمل بكفاءة وحيوية.
والمشكلة الثانية (وهي عامة في البنوك الإسلامية) : تتمثل في عدم القدرة على الاستثمار في المشاريع الصغيرة.
ويقتصر دور هذه المصارف على تمويل شراء السيارات والعقارات وبقية السلع الاستهلاكية.
ويطلب شروطاً تعجيزية لتمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية وخاصة مشاريع الشباب أو النساء.
يؤدي غياب تمويل المشروعات التنموية إلى تفاقم البطالة وتقاعس المستثمرين الصغار عن التفكير في إنشاء الأعمال الخاصة.
ببساطة البنك الإسلامي يعتبر أن رسالته تنمية المجتمعات وخدمة الفقراء... ولكن دوره ( وكذلك البنوك الربوية أو التقليدية) ينحصر في خدمة الأغنياء ( وهم من يستطيع أن يقدم التطمينات والتأمينات و.....و.......
This bank suffers from an excessive bureaucratic problem, and branch managers cannot operate efficiently and dynamically.
The second problem (which is general in Islamic banks): is the inability to invest in small projects.
The role of these banks is limited to financing the purchase of cars, real estate and other consumer goods.
And it requires incapacitating conditions for financing investment projects, especially youth or women projects.
The absence of financing for development projects exacerbates unemployment and the failure of small investors to think about establishing private businesses.
Simply put, the Islamic Bank considers that its mission is to develop societies and serve the poor ... but its role (as well as usurious or traditional banks) is limited to serving the rich (and they are the ones who can provide reassurances, insurances and ..... and .......)
