★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konut finansmanımı 15 gün öteleyerek, ve bu ötelemeden dolayı masraf çıkacağını bana söylemeyerek, bana on beş gün için 460 lira ekstra masraf çıkaran, işi bilmeyen bankadır. Zaten müşterisi de azdır. Kaybedecek paranız varsa gidebilirsiniz. Katılım bankacılığı usüllerinde de pek İslami hassasiyet gösterdiklerini de düşünmüyorum. Bi daha Türkiye Finansla işim olmaz.
It is the bank that does not know the cost of paying 460 lira for fifteen days and not telling me that it will be charged for 15 days. Already the customer is also less. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldız bile fazla. İki sefer yeni hesap actirabilmek için bankaya gittim. İlkinde gerekli belgelerin şubelerinde kalmadığı ve başka şubelerine gitmem söylendi. İkincisinde ise hesap açma işlemi için tek personelin çalıştığı, önümde 4 kişinin olduğu ve yaklaşık 40 dakika malum sebeplerden dışarıda yağmur altında beklemem gerektiği söylendi. Gerçekten inanılır gibi değildi. Kısacası beni bir kovmadiklari kaldı. Ama hata bende. Onca banka varken neden burası!!!
Even one star is too much. I went to the bank two times to open a new account. In the first one, I was told that the necessary documents were not left at the branches and that I would go to other branches. In the second one, I was told that only one staff works for the account opening process, there are 4 people in front of me and I should wait outside in the rain for 40 minutes because of known reasons. It wasn't really believable. In short, they remained not firing me. But I have the mistake. Why there are so many banks here !!!
