★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flight itself was good, it took 50 min, but during the pick up it took some extra 15 minutes to find the next attendees, when we found we had to change the van. As we were late the drive ran very fast and Unsafe. We lost the time in the darkness when the contrast of the balloons and sky is very beautiful and seeing the balloon being inflated and I didn’t hear any safety instructions as some said here. The flights from other balloons seemed similar so based on my experience I’d recommend to try another company.

Everything was great - hotel pick up and drop-off, balloon takeoff time, the pilot's experience, sense of humor and communication skills; flight safety, breathtaking views, soundtrack from Titanic movie. Price of the flight was one of the most affordable, compared to 7 other companies examined. The company had delivered what was promised. Definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and professional and skillful Pilot. They will come to pick you up at the hotel early in the morning. Then they took us to their office to process payment and have breakfast before taking you to the site. The balloon then took off just before the sunrise. Our pilot was very skillful to drop the balloon into the narrow canyon and lift off again. Fun and recommended

The whole organization was just perfect and every staff member was very nice and helpful.
