★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eski sistemleri ile simdiki sistemleri arasinda daglar kadar fark var. Yeni sisteme gecildigi zaman da eksik bilgi verilmesi yuzunden baya maduriyet yasadim. Eski musteriye bile yeni musteri muamelesi yapilmasi uzdu. Yeni sistemlerinden sonra diger bankalara gore avantajli olduklari durumlarda bile dezavantajli hale gelmisler.
There is a mountain of difference between their old systems and their current systems. When the new system was introduced, I suffered a lot because of missing information. It took a long time to treat even an old customer as a new customer. After their new system, they have become disadvantaged even when they are advantageous compared to other banks.
