Je ne vous recommande pas d'acheter de cette agence le ticket du shuttle bus vers l'aéroport de Neveshir, car il prend votre argent, il vous donne un ticket écrit à la main avec un numéro de téléphone d'une autre compagnie de transfert. Ces derniers si je les avais pas contacté, ils allaient probablement m'oublier pendant que cet agence a fermé et m'a livré au sort du hasards. Heureusement j'ai insisté pr m'informer et je leur ai dit que j'attendais encore à l'otogar. Le bus est arrivé avec 20min de retard un peu loin de l'agence et si je n'avais pas couru pour l'attraper, il avait embarqué 2 autres personne sans vérification du billet à notre place. En tout cas, méfiez vous du sérieux de cette agence, le mec qui y travaille n'a rien avec le sérieux, il s'occupe de prendre l'argent et il ne veut même pas donner son téléphone pr l'appeler.

We were so lucky to find this agency. Such great guys who have gone above and beyond to try to book us balloons (we arrived late and no places available but tried lots of other companies for us) we booked other activities through them (horse riding and red trip both great). They also do currency exchange and airport shuttle at great prices too. We believe they are good value and trustable. You can find them near the otogar

If you want to fly on a balloon, strongly do not recommend this company. They do not provide you the right information. We came to this place on Sunday (31 of October) and book and paid balloon tour on Wednesday (3rd of November). We ask several times "if we paid now can price change in the future?" and they said no, "We ask you to make a reservation to fix the price". However, the flight for Wednesday (3rd of November) was cancelled because of weather was not good, on Thursday (2nd of November) we ask can we fly on Thursday (4th of November) and they said "yes most likely you will fly, we will inform you tomorrow at 1 pm" but tomorrow price increased twice (from 70€ to 150€ because balloon did not fly few days) and they said "came we return your money back" they didn't warn us that price can be changed they didn't say anything. When we came to the office they just refund our money and when we ask "What we should do, on Friday (5th of November) our last day here?" they said "It is not our problem, get your money and go out". I think they just resold our places for people who are ready paid 150€. I attached our WhatsApp chat.
