★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad! Be careful!! Zekiye tried to sell me an apartment that didn’t have a valid ESKAN with $100,000 debt from the owner and the price was $10.000 higher than the other agencies for the same property !! I am glad I had my lawyer double check things before buying it!!!
