Call center ile gorusup ozellikle evcil hayvan icin nelere dikkat etmemiz gerektigini soruyoruz kabinin yumusak plastik olma zorunlulugundan bahsetmiyolar. Soylenmedi diyoruz yeni geldi bu madde bilmiyor olabilirler diyolar cevaba bakin. Ayrica da diyolar ki canta alin ya da kargoya verin. Kargoya verme ihtimali bizim tarafimizdan olmadigi icin havaalanindan canta aldik ve sonuncu cantayi almisiz. Sans eseri denk geldi. Hicbir cozum odagi yok, sirf thy ile ucabilmek icin ayri kap almak gerekiyor sanirim. Biz cok perisan olduk saatlerce ugrastik orada.
If you want to travel with your pet, do not choose unless you have to. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they dont speak english even though it is international airport.. second they are biased for turks.. I reached on Friday 18 to the counter 30 mins before the domestic flight to istanbul without any check in luggage, there was a turk passenger who came same time. They issued boarding to the Turk and refused to issue it to me..and charged me more than double price to buy new tickets for next flight..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is only for the one staff that rescheduled our tickets for us tonight. First my pregnant cousin and her 3 year old were travelling from ankara to Istanbul them Mogadishu. She missed her flight from ankara bcuz the gate number was changed and she's doesn't speak any foreign language . When she went to the ticket office there was this guy I spoke to on the phone and he said there is another flight tomorrow but its gonna cost you 1000$. So I decided to go to the airport and sort this out. By the time i reached there twas a different person. He was very kind and polite. He rescheduled their flight and for less than 300$. Imagine how much more the other guy wanted to scam us. Not all of them are bad to foreigners. The good guys name is Abdulahi and he was on duty at the ankara airport ticket cou ter to ight by 12 am. Very thankful and appreciate him
