Turkish Airlines VIP Lounge for business class and Star Alliance Gold members. Domestic terminal. Consider it as just a dedicated place to wait your flight. Only tea from the boiler, coffee machine, soft drinks. No alcohol. Just few snacks. What is the big negative difference compare to the new Turkish Airlines lounges in the new Istanbul airport. :((

Staff at CIP check in as well as (security personal who don’t understand English) and CIP lounge reception, all looked uninterested in us arriving . The male security guard snatched the passport and boarding pass from my wife to check her papers. Their instructions for security screening were not clear. Not impressed with THY CIP people at this airport. At least the lounge is clean and have things to offer to drink and eat.

Renovation can be done in the middle of the day while people are trying to eat and relax before the flight, why not?

Very basic lounge... which is to be expected given that it’s located in a domestic section of low traffic airport. It’s clean and well maintained... with the bare minimum, like Coca-Cola and water and tea.

There were two of us at the lounge flying first class with Turkish airlines. The elderly person was very sick, and it was too much for the front desk staff. The doctor refused to come up. The customer service of the front desk agent at the lounge was lousy. This was around 7am. It was like pulling teeth to even get WiFi info. Not once did the front desk agent come by and check up the health of someone very sick. It was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Shame on Turkish airlines for hiring unsupportive staff. Shame on Antalya airport’s doctor was not doing his job. Very poor customer service.
