 I have been sitting for 25 minutes, 4 people who came after me have done their job ... I feel like Ramiz Karaeski who says "I stayed, brother, I stayed".

I think this is a year too much for them. I am not someone who writes a lot of comments, but since I am a foreigner, after 5 years of membership, the account was closed without saying any reason. This is very disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü İş Bankası şubesi. Mecbur değilseniz gitmeyin. Güvenlik görevlisinden başlayıp banka çalışanlarına kadar hepsi köpekmişsiniz gibi davranıyor. Ne sıra algısı var ne medeniyet. Sanki size lütfediyorlar da yardımcı oluyorlar. Normalde sunmaları gereken hizmeti alabilmenizin tek yolu sizin de onlara köpek gibi davranmanız sanırım, zira sıra beklemeden gidip müşteri temsilcisinin önüne oturup bağırarak konuşmaya başlayınca işinizi görüyorlar.
The worst İşbank branch I have ever seen in my life. Don't go if you don't have to. From the security guard to the bank employees, they all act like you are a dog. There is no sense of order or civilization. It's as if they are gracing you and helping you. I guess the only way you can get the service they normally have to offer is to treat them like dogs, because they do your job when you go without waiting in line and sit in front of the customer representative and start talking by shouting.

A poorly managed bank branch. When there are a total of three customers in the branch, you may have to wait 30 minutes in front of the door to talk to a customer representative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonlarına cevap vermeyen şube. Bana vermiş oldukları dahili numaralardan bile ulaşılmıyor. "Bize ulaşamazsanız dahilileri arayın ulaşırsınız." dediler. 6300, 5300, 1300, 1301 dahili veriyorlar fakat cevap veren yok.
Branch not answering their phone. I can't even be reached from the extension numbers they gave me. "If you can't reach us, call the extensions and you will reach them." they said. They give 6300, 5300, 1300, 1301 extensions but no answer.
