★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evime yakın 15-20 dakika içinde işimi hallederim diye geldim fakat içeride çalışan arkadaşlar mükemmel hızlı çalışma şekilleri ile insanları 1 saate kadar bekletebiliyorlar. Sırayı hızlandırmanın yolu ise Müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp şikayet etmek o da 5dakika işe yarıyor. Başka şubeye gidin buraya gelmeyin. 1 yıldız çok bile.
I came close to my house to get my work done in 15-20 minutes, but the friends working inside can keep people waiting up to 1 hour with their excellent fast working style. The way to speed up the queue is to call customer service and complain, and it works for 5 minutes. Go to another branch, don't come here. Even 1 star is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorun güvenlikle başlıyor gişe ile devam ediyor. Sakince soru sorsanız tersleniyorsunuz. Güvenlik Uğur bey çok ters. Bu arada girişe en yakın ikinci gişedeki hanımefendi biz 2,5 saat beklediğimiz halde sıra bizde iken telefon ile gelen başka iki işlemi de yaptı.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanları çok mutsuz. Bir şey sormaya korkuyosun hepsi çok gergin. İsbankasi önce çalışanını memnun etmeli müşteri memnun olması için. Kocaman şube ama virüs nedeniyle -3 derece buz gibi havada dışarda bekletiyor. İçerde bı kari kocayi azarladı ismi b+++t olan bı kadın çalışan. İşleminiz bitmiş cikın dışarda kontrol edin neye bakiyosaniz diye bağırdı. Zor zamanlar geçiriyor olabilirsiniz ama belki şubeye kirkyilda gelen birinin suçu değil yaşadığınız sıkıntılar bağırmak ne haddine!
