We came to this company to buy a Turkish sim card, explained that the old SIM card stopped working (used for 2 years). We talked in Russian, we were understood, but when it turned out that the matter was in the phone (we need a new registration) and the seller already activated the SIM card in his phone, then they stopped understanding Russian! As a result, we were forced to buy a SIM card for 150 lire which does not work in our phone. The trick is that, according to the new law, a foreign phone can work in Turkey for only 120 days, and the seller knows this, of course, he easily enters the phone’s id code in the program and sees the registration. Only the seller needs to get you a SIM card and he is silent on various nuances on purpose. I do not recommend this particular office! Although I have nothing against Turkcell.
