Ils nous ont fait payer une carte SIM à 230 tl au lieu de 40 tl. Ils vous facturent 3 Go d'Internet et vous font penser que c'est 14 Go. Le hic, c'est que même ces 3 Go expirent après 24 heures. Attention, ils activent la carte en turc pour que vous ne compreniez rien, puis vous recevez plusieurs sms publicitaires, ils vous font croire que vos 14 Go sont chargés par packs. Ensuite, grosse arnaque, ils vous demandent de ne payer qu'en espèces pour ne garder aucune preuve

They made us pay for a SIM card at 230 TL instead of 40 TL. They charge you 3 GB of internet and make you think it's 14 GB. The problem is that even these 3 GB expire after 24 hours. Attention, they activate the card in Turkish so that you do not understand anything, then you receive several advertising sms, they make you believe that your 14 GB are loaded by packs. Then, big scam, they ask you to pay only in cash to keep no evidence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buradan yeni hat aldim. 25gb'lik internetli yeni hatti bana 250tl dedi. Butun turkcell bayilerinde ayni dedi bana. Disaridaki turkcell bayisine sordugum zaman ise ayni hat ve paket 140tl dedi. Turkcell'i aradim şikayet etmek icin ama umurlarinda degil.
They sold me a new sim card for 250tl. Same sim card with 25gb is 140tl from a turkcelll branch elsewhere. AVOIDDD!!!
I bought a new line from here. The new 25gb internet line told me 250tl. He told me the same for all turkcell dealers. When I asked the Turkcell dealer outside, he said the same line and package was 140tl. I called Turkcell to complain, but they don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faturasiz hat icin 390TL istediler, ben fiyatin cok oldugunu söyleyince 40 Eura‘ya yakin, cok degil gibisinden bir laf ettiler. Fiyatlar sehir icinde de ayni mi diye sordum, fiyatlar ayni dediler. Ben de hat almak yerine alman hattima aylik 500 MB internet aldim 5 Euro verdim. Tüm konusmalarimi da whatsapp üzerinden yaptim. Sonra sehir merkezinde faturasiz hattin 150 TL oldugunu ögrendim.
They asked for 390TL for the prepaid line, when I said that the price was too high, they said something like 40 Eura, not a lot. I asked if the prices are the same in the city, they said the prices are the same. Instead of buying a line, I bought 500 MB of internet per month for my German line and gave 5 Euros. I made all my conversations over whatsapp. Then I learned that the prepaid line in the city center is 150 TL.

They cheat new arrivals... they sold me a sim card of 12GB data for 250TL which i realised later that it is only 5GB data
Shame on your employees to fool new arrivals in such a way

Although i am not a citizen and dont speak turkish,but imI working in turky for 10 years and i know how to spot thives.
Hey,turkcell guys,your behaviour is what makes the world neglect you.you will always stay in this position.it is so sad that Turkcel as a company dont know that this is the system,i found it hard to belive that they not aware of this.on the other
end,many of you are just loyal and wonderful.
