Turkcell Terracity

I had my worst experience in customer support here. I visited this place twice while I was in Turkey. Then, I had to go to another store to solve my problem. The staff here are disrespectful and don't care about customer as much as they do for money. Do not recommend it at all.

It's good but the problem with the people how work in it

Big problem with TerraCity turkcell!!! Lying to customers is illegal and shameful. We asked for a SIM card, at the beginning everything was alright, they were speaking English and they asked us for our passports. We came back we gave them the passport and they started speaking in Turkish. They inventent a national system problem (names Umut and Ali) not to serve us because we had 2 passports knowing that we simply wanted a prepayed card sim! We asked when will the problem be solved, they said in one day. We went out and we saw other customers being served, we came in they were buying the same SIM card we asked for. They asked us to wait for 16 min and after that they said ah the system is not working again. We asked them to check with customer service they said, yes we did it and this is a national problem. It was obvious that they were inventing everything and we felt this unfair. To be sure we went to another turkcell shop and we were able to get the sim card without any problem. We asked them about the system problem and they said it never happened. We went back to the TerraCity shop to understand why. The employees were very unprofessional and refusing to speak one word of English. The manager didn’t want to give his name (maybe Jenar if we heard we’ll) or any other information Shame shame shame! Never experienced this, it gives a very bad image about the country and it’s people. To be followed with the touristic police. And we are writing to head office

TurkeCell Terracity employees are very unprofessional, not honest and not client oriented! they don't speak another language other than Turkish, we were wondering if they really have a diplomat especially 2 employees who were agressive (Ali and Kamal). For simple matters they are not able to make the necessary checks and give you an answer. We went to another telecommunication store and we had a completely different experience fortunately for us!!!

They system not worked to register the sim card and we have waited for 30 minutes without knowledge to we cant reach to anything at the end

I had the worst experience ever here. The people who work here have no idea what they’re doing. Very poor customer service. Better go somewhere else

Good English! Prompt and friendly service! Also there is phone shop.
