Haziran ayı faturasını faiziyle 65 TL olarak yatırdım. Şimdi Koskoca Türkcell hiçbir uyarı ya da SMS gönderneden faturanın üzerinden 3 ay geçti diye aboneliğimi iptal etmiş ve Öğrenci birinden Fatura göndererek 1.600 TL cayma bedeli istiyor. BU RESMEN NİTELİKLİ DOLANDIRICILIKTIR. Türkcell 'e bu hiç yakışmıyor. Lütfen mağduriyetimi gideriniz. Koskoca Türkcell dolandırıcı olmuş. Benim T. C. ve isimle bulduğum Türkcell faturasını İsim Soyisim T. C. Baba adı, telefon numarası ve Fatura resmini gönderdiğim faturayı kendi sistemlerinde bulamıyorlarmış. Yazıklar olsun. Hakkımı her platformda arayacağım. Savcılığa Nitelikli Dolandırıcılıktan suç duyurusunda bulunacağım. Allah ıslah etsin. I have a superonline subscription on behalf of Mustafa Fatih YILDIZ. I forgot to deposit a 13 TL invoice in June. I have paid the invoices for August and September. I deposited the June invoice as 65 TL with interest. Now Koskoca Turkcell has canceled my subscription because 3 months have passed since the invoice without sending any warning or SMS, and by sending an Invoice from a student, it asks for a withdrawal fee of 1,600 TL. THIS IS OFFICIALLY QUALIFIED SCAM. This does not suit Turkcell at all. Please remove my grievance. Koskoca Turkcell has become a scammer. They couldn't find the Turkcell invoice I found with my T. C. and name, Name Surname T. C. Father's name, phone number, and the invoice I sent the invoice picture to in their system. Shame on you. I will seek my rights on every platform. I'm going to file a criminal complaint for qualified fraud. God bless.

İlk önce callcenterda işlemi başlatıyorsunuz daha sonra fiziksel olarak abonelik iptal merkezine gelip dilekçe veriyorsunuz. Modem iadesi için size ücretsiz yurtiçi kargo gönderim numarası veriyorlar. They quickly got my job. I went for the Superonline subscription cancellation. First you start the process in the callcenter, then physically come to the subscription cancellation center and submit a petition. They provide you with free domestic shipping number for the return of the modem.

Kurye kapıma gelip birçok şey imzalattı. Ben abonelik sözleşmesi sandım. Yinede sordum bu satış sözleşmesi değil değil mi cihaz hediye demişlerdi dedim. Kurye yok değil dedi.. Daha sonradan faturama yansıtılmış ücreti görünce sahtekarlık yaparak ürün sattıklarını öğrendim. Bu görüşmeleri vs satışı yapan bayininde Şengüller bayi olduğunu öğrendim. Her türlü bu işin peşini bırakmayacağım. Bana yalan söyleyen müşteri hizmetlerindeki bayan, satış için imza attıran kurye ve bu kurumdan şikayetçi olacağım. I was called by Türkcell Super online and a new contract agreement was made, and they told me that they would send me the signal distributor free of charge with the credits I earned. The courier came to my door and made me sign many things. I thought it was a subscription contract. Still, I asked if this is not a sales contract, I said they said the device was a gift. The courier said no.. Later, when I saw the fee reflected on my invoice, I learned that they were selling the product by fraud. I learned that the dealer that makes these calls etc. is a Şengüller dealer. I'm not going to give up on any of this stuff. The lady in the customer service who lied to me, the courier who signed for the sale and I will complain to this establishment.
