Ayrica superonline aracini sokagimda park halinde gormeme ragmen bana ulasmadilar. Lafim burada firmaya degil bayiiyedir. Turkcell musteri hizmetlerindeki arkadaslar yardimci olmaya calisti ama anladigim kadariyla bayiinin umursamaz bir tavri var. ilgili yerlere sikayet ettim ve ediyorum zaten.
Do not believe in the installation in 48 hours. Although I applied on September 17, no one called or asked in 10 days. Also, although I saw the superonline vehicle parked on my street, they could not reach me. My word here is the dealer, not the company. Friends at Turkcell customer services tried to be helpful, but as far as I can tell, the dealer has a careless attitude. I have complained to the relevant places and I am already doing it.
