Özellikle ücretsiz TV+ veriyoruz diyerek
farklı bir sözlesme imzalatıyorlar.
Çoğunlukta olan şikayetler gerçeği yansıtıyor.
Özellikle kampanyalara ?, ve telefon taahhütlerine çok dikkat etmek lazım.
 A dealer that does not suit the Turkcell or Superonline brand. They are constantly harassing me with the phone.
Especially by saying that we give free TV +

It's been 24 hours. There is no internet. It is not possible to reach the dealer. Stay away from this dealer. I have complained to the general directorate of Superonline about this dealer today. I hope the dealership will be cancelled. We want responsible dealers worthy of Ankara.

Our point of salvation from the poor quality of Turkcell Superonline. After all, they only deserved so many stars because they were of poor quality... But the staff made our service termination process quickly, and they shouldn't be unfair about that... See you again...

He's a total scammer. I had to pay an extra bill of 50 TL every month for the tool they gave me for my internet subscription because it was free. Never buy subscriptions here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were helpful. Went there for canceling the Superonline internet subscription. The location is in the Birlik mahalle which very relaxing neighborhood in Ankara. You can get here by either bus no: 413 or Birlik mah minibus (dolmush) from Kizilay, downtown of Ankara. You also need to give the internet modem back to them when you are canceling. Documents etc are must as usual. Thanks.
