İstemediğim TV paketini anında kuranlar iptal edelim deyince sizi günlerce uğraştırıp çözüm bulamayan küçük firma. Üstelik Superonline a devam etmeyi düşündüğüm halde. Daha fazla söze gerek yok , mümkün olduğunca uzak durmak lazım o zaman belki değeriniz anlaşılır...

Ancak burası çözüm olarak müşteri hizmetlerini aramakmı söyledi. Bu ücreti yönetici olduğum için benden habersiz olarak benim şahsi hesabından yapıldığını ve buna itiraz etmek için gittim. Müşteri hizmetlerinde çizim üretemedi. Yapılan ilk sözleşmede 4-2 maddesinde makul bir sürede abaniye haber vermek yazmasına rağmen targima hicbir haberde verilmemiştir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superonline fiber internet, taahhüt ettiği 24 Mbps hızı sağlayamıyor özür dileyeceği yerde cayma bedeli cezası kesiyor. Mümkün olsa 1 yıldız yerine eksi puan verirdim.
Superonline fiber internet cannot provide the promised 24 Mbps speed, instead of apologizing, it imposes a withdrawal fee. I would give a minus point instead of 1 star if possible.
