You are a corporate subscriber, they do somersaults to subscribe. When they go to take action to get information, they will almost fire them, dirty talk. Listen to the audio recordings of our staff and you will understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ужасное обслуживание, вроде молодой персонал а ругаются, хамят. Грубо разговаривают. Даже не пытаются помочь, может молча встать и уйти по своим делам. Вообще удивляет, Анталия это туристический город, много иностранцев, а в туркселл даже элементарный английский не знают. И не пытаются общаться через переводчик приложение. Нервничают, не слушают. При возможности пытаются уйти по своим делам.
Terrible service, like the young staff and swear, rude. They talk rudely. They don't even try to help, they can silently get up and go about their business. In general, it is surprising that Antalya is a tourist city, there are many foreigners, and even elementary English is not known in Turkcell. And don't try to communicate through the translator app. They get nervous, don't listen. If possible, they try to go about their business.
