Şikayet etmek istediğimde istediğin yere şikayet et soy ismimi de verebilirim şeklinde kabalık etti. Hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı. Gereğini yaptım hakkınızı savunmak bile suç olmuş. Şube müdürü orda olmasına rağmen hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadı elemanına sus bile diyemedi. Yazıklar olsun sadece. Bir müşteriye bu şekilde davranmak hiçkimsenin hakkı değildir. Kınıyorum
