An ordinary telephonist working with people with no experience or knowledge. It is not possible to call Turkcell center. The year 2019 they asked me for a document with wet signature from the headman, but they took care of my work from another Turkcell center without any documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışan personeller, “Mağaza müdürü veya yetkili burada yok diyerek” işlem yapmadılar. Demek ki mağaza müdürü olmadan oraya gitmek anlamsız. Başka bir Turkcell bayisi işlemimizi halletti yoksa müdürün gelmesini bekleyecektik !!! Madem bazı işlemleri sadece yetkililer yapabiliyor; o zaman mağaza açıkken neden ikinci yetkili bulunmuyor ? Sizin yüzünüzden bir daha o mağazaya gelmeyeceğim.
Employees did not take action by saying, "The store manager or the official is not here". So it's pointless to go there without the store manager. Another Turkcell dealer handled our transaction, otherwise we would have waited for the manager to come !!! Since only the authorities can do some transactions; then why isn't there a second official when the store is open? I will never come to that store again because of you.
