★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat! Çalışanlar ilgisiz.. Gün içinde ve mesai saatlerinde aramış olmama rağmen cevap verilmedi.. Hemde defalarca! Bir seferinde açıp bekletip dalga geçer gibi kapattılar. İşletmeyi en kötü temsil şekli.. Ve bugün 2 faturamı ödediğimde (toplam 153 TL) 2 faturamı ödediğim halde 95 TL'lik tek faturanın ödendiğini sisteme girdiler. Bu hatanın düzeltilmesi için defalarca aramama rağmen kimsenin umurunda değildi o telefonun saatlerce çalması..!!
Wretched! The employees are uninterested. Although I called during the day and working hours, there was no answer .. Many times! At one time they opened and paused and closed as if making fun. The worst representation of the business .. And when I paid 2 bills today (153 TL in total), they entered the system that a single invoice of 95 TL was paid even though I paid 2 bills. Although I called many times to fix this mistake, nobody cares that the phone rings for hours .. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu işi sevmiyorsanız yapmayın arkadaşım. Avrupada bile Turkcell Bayisi görmüş biri olarak ben bu kadar kötü bir hizmet anlayışı görmedim. Bugün bir Iphone 12 pro max parası kaybettiniz, tabi siz bilirsiniz. Ağzınızdan kerpetenle laf alıyoruz, ailenizde de mi adabı muaşeret görmediniz diycem ama, belli ki görmediniz. Çok yazık, çok üzücü haliniz.
If you don't like this job, don't do it my friend. As someone who has seen a Turkcell Dealer even in Europe, I have never seen such a bad understanding of service. You lost an Iphone 12 pro max money today, of course you know. We're talking with pliers in your mouth. It's a shame, you are very sad.
