It is admirable that Mr. Murat and Ms. Merve have information about their communication with me and their transactions. I haven't come across such knowledgeable, respectful and smiling staff in a long time. Thank you for everything! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22.02.2022 tarihinde aldığım telefon hatalı çıkmıştır fakat hiç bir şekilde satılan ürün arkasında durulmuyor sadece servise gitti sorun yok deniliyor ve üstüne ürün ne oldu diye gitmeme rağmen ürün gelirse arayınız dememe rağmen dahi bilgi paylaşılmiyor sonra satarken ilgi alaka çok ama ürün arkasında durma sıfır video isteyene paylaşabilirim
Lütfen telefon alırken çok daha iyi düşünün bilinmeyen duyulmayan hiç bir marka almayınız .....
The phone I bought on 22.02.2022 was found to be faulty, but in no way does it stand behind the product sold, it is said that there is no problem, and even though I went to the service to see what happened to the product, even though I said to call if the product comes, the information is not shared, there is a lot of interest when selling, but do not stand behind the product, anyone who wants zero video i can share
Please think much better when buying a phone, do not buy any unknown and unheard brands .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so unfriendly and rude. They don't care about their customers. I don't know about other Turkcell branches but this one specifically was a very bad experience for me . they don't make effort to try and understand what the customer is trying to say. I went there 3 times and all the 3 times their behavior was the same and still my problem hasn't been solved. Very unprofessional attitude
