The extra 1 star I gave is for the Turkcell name. Other than that, the employees are extremely rude and meaningless. May God not let them fall into their hands.

Hitap tarzı, maskelerin yarım yamalak takılması, ödemeyi alan kadının ağzına simit alıp çiğnerken ağzının içinde ki tüm yemek kırıntılarını görmem vs. Gercekten Turkcell gibi bir firmaya yakışacak hareketler değildi. 3 yıldız verdim o da turkcellin sağlamış olduğu bana imkanlardan kaynaklı. Ben İzmir'de Tim'e defalarca gittim ama böyle bir şey ile denk gelmedim. Bence çalışanlarıniza bir çeki düzen verin başarılar.
It is really surprising that a high-level company like Turkcell has such employees. I went with my friend to get our work done. The manner of addressing, the half-fitting of the masks, the fact that I do not see all the food crumbs in the mouth of the woman who receives the payment while chewing it, etc. It really wasn't the move that would befit a company like Turkcell. I gave 3 stars because of the opportunities provided by Turkcell. I've been to Tim many times in Izmir, but I haven't come across anything like this. I think you should spruce up your employees, good luck.
