Mesela benim yaşadığım sıkıntı ; ben paketleri aylık alıyorum ve 30 gün gitmesini bekliyorum ama 3 gün önceden bitiyor. İlk başta kimse uyarmıyor. Ve içinde dakikaların, internet paketin olmasına rağmen çat kalıyorsun öyle ve sizi kimsede uyarmıyor. Bunların miladi takvimden haberleri yok galiba ve şubat zannediyorlar her ayı galiba. Benden size tavsiye işinizi net anlaşılına kadar bırakmayın peşlerini.!
There is always a problem both in themselves and in dealers with Turkcell's general lines. Because they are lying. Until you see your work, until you pass it. For example, my problem is; I take the packages monthly and wait 30 days to go, but it ends 3 days in advance. Nobody at first warns. And even if you have minutes, internet package, you stay on the roof and it doesn't warn you. I guess they do not know about the Gregorian calendar and they think February is every month. Do not leave your business until I have a clear understanding of your business.

Babam buradan tuşla telefon aldı. Garantili olarak satıldı. 1 ay kullanmadan arızalandı. 2 ay tamirde kaldı, geldi kart taktık yine arızalı. Sonrasında yine gitti tamire. Son tamirden gelmesinde 20 tl kargo ücreti var ödemesseniz telefonu alamassınız gibi birşey söylediler. Garantili ürünün tamiri için para ödemek. Satarken bu bozulursa bize getirme denmesi gerekiyor. İnsanları kandırmayın, 20tl mizi verin.!

Then it went to repair again. They said something like there is a 20 TL shipping fee when it comes from the last repair, you can't get the phone if you don't pay.
