★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personel bilgisiz ve yetersiz. Taahhüt ile aldığım superbox modemini superonline merkeze gönderttiler. 2 ay sonra cihaz iadesiz cihaz, ödemesini yapmadınız şeklinde Turkcell merkezinden aranıyorum. 1.000 TL'nin üzerinde cayma cezasından sonra ilaveten bir de cihaz parası çıktı şimdi de!!!
The staff is ignorant and incompetent. They sent the superbox modem I bought with commitment to the superonline center. After 2 months, I get a call from Turkcell center saying that the device is non-refundable, you did not pay. After the withdrawal penalty of more than 1,000 TL, an additional device money has now been released!!!
