Çalişanlar herzaman çok ilgili, saygılı ve güler yüzlülerdi. Taki bugüne kadar. Kayseri forumdaki türkcell şubesine girdim bu sefer. Ve gercekten cok saşırdım. Müşteri hizmetleri cok kötüydü. Daha hic böyle bi çalişana denk gelmedim. Hanımefendi suratsiz çalışmak istemiyormuş gibi bi davraniş sergiledi. Paket aldıktan sonra ikinci bi türkcell şubesine girmek zorunda kaldım. Bu sefer yine alışkın olduğum şekilde davranıldı iki dakikada işimi hallettiler ve gayet güleryüzlü ve iyi davrandılar. Türkcellin her köşede şubesi var. Forumdaki şubeyi birdaa asla tercih etmeyecegim.
I have been a customer of Turkish for years and I am very happy. Türkcell saw service in many branches for many gezdıy city in Turkey. I was always very satisfied. The workers were always very interested, respectful and smiling. Taki so far. I went to the turkish branch office in Kayseri this time. And I was really very upset. Customer service was very bad. I haven't coincided with a bi-worker like that yet. The lady acted like she didn't want to work sternly. After receiving the package I had to enter the second bicell branch. This time I was treated like I was used to again, took care of my work in two minutes and they were very friendly and well behaved. There are branches in every corner. I will never choose the branch in the forum.
