My husband and I chose the agency as it was a registered TURSAB registered agency so we believed it could be trusted. The owner employed many deceitful and unfair tactics and tried to manipulate us to pay extra money for services which were never delivered. Please see below our experience: 1. The owner promised us a private tour (for 2 people) on the 4th of April 2021 lasting 6 hours from 12pm-6pm. The tour was supposed to include: a trip to Avanos (shaking bridge), Uchisar Castle, Turasan Winery (where we were promised wine tasting), lunch at a traditional Turkish restaurant, Turkish Hamman experience for 2 people, & sunset at love valley). 3. On arrival at the tour agency (after we had paid) the owner informed us that the hamman was closed for the day and he would organize it for the following day (5 April 2021) instead free of charge with transport. 4. Halfway through the tour we began to face issues. The Turasan winery was in fact closed which we discovered only after we arrived there. We then proceeded to the restaurant which was also closed. 5. At this point the driver called the owner who informed the driver to take us to the Underground City instead. We were lead to believe from the driver that this was a substitute as the other places were closed. 6. We returned from our tour at 4:30pm (1.5 hours early as most of the things we were promised were closed. 7. At this point it was too early to watch the sunset (as promised) so we missed this part of the tour also. 8. The owner informed us that he would take us to the winery, the Hamman and the sunset point the next day instead. 9. Today after we were taken to the Turasan winery we returned to the office where the owner demanded an additional 80 euros. He believed we owed him additional money as the driver had taken us to the underground city the day before. 10. We refused to pay any additional money at which point the tour was cancelled. We never received our Hamman experience, the Turkish restaurant, the sunset lookout point. Also at the Turasan winery we were unable to taste the wine (due to COVID-19) however we were promised from the owner at Turk to Travel that we would be able to. Not only is this tour company completely disorganized, they are operating with deceitful and manipulative tactics to extract additional money from tourists.
