Buraya kadar herşey güzeldi iki gün beklememize rağmen Türk Telekom müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda başvurunun 35 olarak olduğu alt yapının buna uygun olmadığı söylendi.Gökçe bey bizden başvuruyu 24 olarak almıştı.Hata Sevil Telekom da mı Türk Telekom da mı anlayamadık
Gökçe beyi tekrar aradığımda pek hoş olmayan bir diyaloğumuz oldu. Müşterisine bu şekilde davranmayı esnaflığa yakıştıramadım.Tavsiye edebileceğim bir yönünü bulamadım.
Gökçe Bey welcomed us and took our internet application and said that he would be connected in 1-2 days.
So far, everything was fine. Although we waited for two days, when I called Türk Telekom customer services, I was told that the infrastructure was not suitable for the application, which was 35. Mr. Gökçe received the application from us as 24. We could not understand whether the error was in Sevil Telekom or Türk Telekom.
When I called Gökçe again, we had an unpleasant dialogue. I couldn't find it befitting a tradesman to treat customers in this way.
