★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlemler konusunda çok ilgisizler. Ne yapmak için gittimse hep başından müşteri hizmetlerine yönlendirip başlarından savıyorlar. Müşteri hizmetleri ise bu bayinin işi olduğunu metinden okuyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
They are very uninterested in transactions. Whatever I went to do, they always direct them to customer service and throw them away. Customer service reads from the text that this is the dealer's job. I do not suggest.

In addition to the commitment I made with Türk Telekom Çankırı dealer, pricing was made. +5 gb internet was added to my line even though I had no verbal or written statement and I was charged more than 15 TL. I request that the commitment be sent to me and to the General Directorate of Türk Telekom.
