Böyle kurumsal bir firmanın mesai saatler içinde telefonlarına nasıl ulaşılmaz müşteri temsilcisi ile görüşülemez anlayabilmiş değilim o zaman bana kartlarını neden verdiler madem telefonları açmayacaklardı?
I came to this branch for a line transfer process, I was told that there was a malfunction in their system and I was told to come later and they gave me the card with their numbers to come to find out if the malfunction was corrected .... they did not open any of their phones including their mobile numbers even though I called many times during the day!
I could not understand how such an institutional company cannot reach the phones in the working hours, and cannot be contacted with the customer representative. Then why would they give me their cards and they would not open the phones?
