Because of the pandemic, the customer is not allowed in, but there is no limit to the number of people who enter without a mask + there is no solution, I say my speed is low for 2 years, nobody is interested.

My advice to friends who can not get proper service from Turkish telecom is forward your complaints via cimer and btk, this complaint will be very annoying. The infrastructure, which has not been brought despite my request for several months, was brought as fiber within 1 month after my complaints
