★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bireysel müşterilerle ilgilenen personelin tavrını en kötü devlet kurumunda görmezsiniz. 3 hafta önce başlatmak için gittiğim nakil işlemi başlatılmamış, Allah'tan BTK'ya yazmıştım, çözümü bu şekilde sağladım. Özellikle belli yaştaki aile üyelerini, tanıdıklarınızı fatura ödemek dışında hiçbir işlem için buraya tek başına göndermemeniz gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Sırf bu uyarıyı yapabilmek için yorum yapma gereği duydum.
 You won't find the attitude of staff dealing with individual customers in the worst government agency. The transfer process I went to start 3 weeks ago was not started, thank God I wrote to BTK, this is how I provided the solution. I think that you should not send family members of a certain age or acquaintances here alone for any transaction other than paying bills. I felt compelled to comment just to make this warning.
