The summer internet package you bought at Türk Telekom did not work for me at all. each time we have to go and cancel it ourselves, it would be great if they connect it to an automation system Best Regards Yavuz İpek

In the morning, I went to the office on Turk Telekom Bitez road. I made an unlimited internet application for my house in Turgutreis. I am satisfied with the friendly face and service. I got the promise of connection within 3 days.

0 service 0 quality 0 institutionalism. When it is evaluated as an institution, it is a really empty business, but the employees are doing their best. To advise them, it can be said that they are wasted in such a poor quality institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 yıldır Bodrum Turgutteis'de ikamet ediyorum. Bu kurumla defalarca problem yaşadım. 24 saati aşkın jir zamandır İnternet hizmeti alamıyorum ve maalesef ilgilenen hiç kimse yok. Telefonları bile açmıyorlar.
I have been living in Bodrum Turgutteis for 3 years. I've had multiple problems with this establishment. I haven't been able to get Internet service for over 24 hours and unfortunately there is no one interested. They don't even answer the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously I used to suggest Turktelekom over other Internet Service Providers, but since I moved to Bitez in Bodrum, I have nothing positive to say anymore. Only 1 person, Murat bey at the Çözüm Masası (solution desk) at the main BODRUM office, (this place), is trying to help out, and he knows how to treat a distressed subscriber.
