Worthless service The line that comes to turk telekom's great skin, village has not been maintained for a week, when we ask, they say there is a general fault, this fault never ends, I lost fifty thousand liras to his face in 3 months because there is no internet from the stock market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 8 aydır kullanıyorum. Her ay mutlaka 3-4 kez cevap alamayacağımi bildiğim halde arıyorum. Sürekli internet kesintisi. Modem aç kapat. En sevdikleri tamir :) Modemi değiştirin diyorum? Yok efendim şurayı arayın biz bakmıyoruz( farklı şirket ). Kesinlikle rezillik. İnternetsiz kalmak türk telekomdan daha iyi. İki kere değil 10 kere düşünün. ( Habersiz planlı kesintiler de cabası )
I've been using it for about 8 months. I call even though I know I won't get an answer 3-4 times a month. Constant internet outage. Turn the modem on. Their favorite repair :) I say replace the modem? No sir, call here, we are not looking ( different company ). Absolutely disgrace. Being without internet is better than turk telekom. Think 10 times, not twice. (Not to mention unannounced planned outages)

We live in the 21st century and it is a very bad situation that there is still no fiber infrastructure even though the house I live in is close to the seyhan bazaar. You are offering a very poor quality and low Internet access compared to this time.

It is a Türk Telekom center where I stopped by for a change of operator and received very good service.
Despite the intensity, they made my transaction without waiting too long.
They created a clean and civilized environment.
They help with the entrance.
They are guiding you according to your name.
I paid a lot of money to tcell for years.
Now I have a more favorable deal.
By making a 1 + 1 year agreement, I saved half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir arıza bir haftada yapılmaz mı arkadaş? Bir haftadır müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum "Bölgenizde genel arıza var. şu şu tarihlerde internet verilemeyecektir" diyor. Söylediği tarih geliyor arıyorum bu sefer daha ileri bir tarih... bölge müdürlüğü telefonu açmıyor. Biz kiminle muhatap olacağız? insanları mağdur ediyorsunuz. Bir de dalga geçer gibi anlayışınız için teşekkür ederiz deniyor.
Can't a breakdown be done in a week, friend? I've been calling customer service for a week and he says "There is a general fault in your region. Internet will not be available on these dates". The date he said is coming, I'm calling, this time it's a later date... the regional directorate doesn't pick up the phone. Who will we be dealing with? you are hurting people. Also, we say thank you for your understanding as if you are kidding.
