Have just moved to Fethiye from the Marmaris area. Still have a contract with them but they are unable to connect me at my new home! Will not allow me to cancel my contract as I have yet to get the utility bills in my name. Have tried several times to freeze my payments but I still seem to be paying for no service!! Most unhelpful.

I wish to cancel this contract. Was told contract for 1 year. Now on enguiry told sept 2021. And have to pay large penalty to leave contract. The service I received was poor throughout no very professional

I have very good experiences with Turktelekom. Of course things also go wrong. But always all my problems where solved. I have been a customer of Turktelekom since 2005, I am very satisfied. I have been there this week to grant my contract and to increase my internet speed. The speed was increased at home after 1 hour. After that I wanted to conclude a contract for my mobile phone. Everything is perfectly arranged with number retention. Because my mobile provider does not want to give a contract to people with an Ikamet. There you can only get a prepaid SIM card. So if you are a Turktelekom customer and you no longer want a prepaid card, you can sign a contract with Turktelekom. I am also very satisfied with the handling of problems. For example, a cable failure or other technical failure. Keep in mind that you have to take the time to arrange everything properly. Be sure you bring all your documents with you.
