Kazılması zor belki ondandır dedim , evin önünde doğalgaz çalışması yapıldı , komple kazdılar ve TÜRK TELEKOM kabloları falan çıktı ortaya , yan ev kullanıyor bizde bu kablo ortaya çıkmışken çektirelim alt yapıyı dedim gittim görüştüm ama gene NAFİLE ?♂️
Gelmiyorlar , açmıyorlar , ilgilenmiyorlar , GÜLMÜYORLAR ?♂️
We have been waiting for the infrastructure for six months, we have mailed, we called, we went and we met NAFİLE?♂️
I said maybe it was difficult to dig, natural gas work was done in front of the house, they dug completely and I said TURK TELEKOM cables and so on.
They don't come, they don't open, they don't care, they don't laugh ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 ay oldu alt yapı talebinde bulunalı hiç bi şekilde ilgilenmiyorlar . Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımız zaman turkcell superbox a yonlendirildim . Hiç bir işe yaramayan her seferinde farklı bahaneler uyduran işe yaramaz bir şef . Daha söyleyecek çok şey var ama hiçbiri değmez konuşmaya !!! YAZIKLAR OLSUN
It has been 7 months and they are not interested in any way. When we called customer service, I was directed to turkcell superbox. A useless chef who makes up different excuses every time he doesn't work. There is a lot more to say but none of them are worth talking !!! SHAME ON YOU

Unfortunately the service is very slow, we have been waiting for 8 months when the General Directorate will approve to get an internet.
