★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today, I had a very very bad service. There was one girl, she took my passport to make a new SIM card for me and suddenly this process took 20 minutes without doing anything because this girl was discussing something with her colleague?
After this long time of waiting I asked and she said it’s a system problem but actually she didn’t touch the keyboard!!
I decided to take my passport and pay more to go to another company. I’m sorry but you have to learn your employees how to make customers satisfied and the problem she started saying bye bye in front of other people to show like your company doesn’t want me as a customer. It’s really bad behavior.
