Be very careful! This company is a master at taking your money unjustly. This is my story with them: About I year and a half a go, I got an internet modem from them. They make you sign a contract for at least one full year. I did not want it for a full year because: 1. it is very expensive and gives you only 20gb a month which is not enough to do anything ... watch a couple youtube videos a day and your done .... it always finished around 18th to 20th of each month and you need to survive the last ten days on your phone internet which is slow, goes off a lot and completely unreliable ... btw I could not count the times I lost my way and was very late for important business meatings brcause the phone internet sucks and google maps can't keep up with you driving when the internet connection is always very bad (thanks god i have gps navigation now in my car) 2. I was waiting for the telephone landline in my building to be activated so that I could get broadband. So reluctantly I signed the contract for a year, and set myself for a year of anguish. The thing that made this suck even more is that they make you buy their modem as well, I aleady had a moden just needed the sim card ... no cant allow you to save money here. One year later two things happened: the modem died and stopped giving signal (good riddance) and my building's telephone line was activated, I got broadband home internet and life was good again ... or was it? Six months later I get an "innocent" automated text message saying simply: your outstanding internet modem bill is 447 TL pay up or our lawyer will be in touch with you ...something like that. WHAT! 447 TL! the damn thing has been off for six months and I never used it ... oh yes, they forgot to tell you, even if you signed a contract for a year, your contract gets automatically renewed ... and oh yes they do not tell you about it ... and oh yes you will pay for every month even if you did not use it ! This is the lowest of the low .. it is really a disgrace that in a respectable country like Turkey such things happen ....

Be away from this company their service is very bad they are just stoling money for nothing. I have moved to a new home, for transfer the line they charged me extra money for service and there is no internet for More than a week, I'm still waiting but they don't care
