Pandemi döneminde şikayet için telefonla görüşme kabul edilmiyor yüzyüze görüşme şart deniliyor yıl 2020 ve İzmir Türkiyenin üçüncü büyük şehiri ve bu sorunu yaşıyorum ve maalesef ki şikayet edilecek bir kurum yok cimere yazmaktan başka.
