Since the clumsy Türk Telekom customer service could not handle our telephone application and we were in Sapanca at the time, we came to this branch to buy portable WIFI. We have used many internet providers such as TTNET, Dsmart, SuperOnline etc. but I have not seen such internet service in my life. They did it right away. They already had a device. They made the transactions, and even got rid of all the trinkets that will make us deal with such as password setup etc. themselves by calling Türk Telekom customer service. Imagine you are connected to WIFI without leaving the shop. I admit that the employees inside were not very friendly, but the people in their heads were super interested. Thank you.

If I had a chance to not give any stars, I would definitely choose it. A collection of human beings who have not had any attention, smiling face and experience. Going to the service without using the product I bought even once, whether they call it or not. When I call, they will not hurt. There are other ways to get this job done.
