I live in Urla pier and have been waiting for 3 months for Telekom to fix my internet problem. I got a message from .4441444 that built-in service was provided, but a box on a wooden pole at the bottom of my house ..and a single cable extending to my house is directly plugged into the modem. .no infrastructure service was provided to my house. .and every time they came, it was said that the modem was broken and it has been 2 years since I bought it from Telekom. The warranty has just expired.. Anyway, I did what they said and I bought a zykel modem from Telekom for 360 TL. .The result is that my internet is out again. I created 30 fault records in 3 months. .I didn't pay my bill late one day, but I can't get service. When I want to cancel, they will ask for a difference because I made a commitment.
